Quick update!
I’ve never sent out videos on Substack, so I’m testing it out to share a clip from an interview I did with Shannon Norris, the owner of Savannah Rocks in downtown Savannah, where I’ll be hosting two upcoming workshops:

I recognize most of you don’t live in Savannah, but I hope this video clip can be a way to start putting my face/body/voice to some of the ideas I’ve written about on here, and can be somewhat insightful content regardless of whether you’re able to attend the events.
Also, while I haven’t pulled the trigger on an actual date yet, I do want to offer one or both of these workshops virtually in the near future and will make an announcement when I do.
In the meantime, I have begun starting 1-on-1 work with people on these topics (clarifying your spiritual thoughts/feelings/beliefs, and clarifying your storytelling/sharpening your writing voice).
